We started in Austin, Texas, verifying every listing by hand — real addresses, real phone numbers, real hours — before expanding city by city across the country.

How we verify listings

Every business on TailTimes is researched from public sources (business listings, official websites, and aggregated review platforms) and cross-checked for accuracy. We label where ratings come from, and we flag anything we couldn't independently confirm rather than guessing.

Our mission

Finding the right vet or the right dog park shouldn't mean scrolling through five different apps and a dozen outdated blog posts. TailTimes exists to make that search simple, accurate, and genuinely useful — whether you just adopted your first puppy or you're new to town with a very opinionated senior cat.
